Smoothie Journey continued…..
So I’ve been playing with ingredients and really working on finding a smoothie that Ethan will drink. I’ve not been successful just yet, but I’m keeping the faith!! And, I’m not holding my breath. Ha!!
After a great workout at Pure Barre and then a quick visit with my friend, Kirsten, for some TBM work. More on those later! I’m now enjoying a smoothie concoction for lunch. Yes it’s green. Yes, it’s a little more sweet because that’s what Ethan is looking for. Overall I think it’s a success!
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/8 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/8 cup Coconut Water
1 scoop Vega One Natural Protien Powder
1 tsp local Raw Honey
1 tsp Gaia Tumeric Boost
1 tsp Maca Powder
Dash of Ceylon Cinnamon & Sea Salt
1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 big handful Baby Spinach
Blend it up & sip away! Allow your gut to absorb all the yummy, healthy goodness you are feeding it. Trust me….. Your body will thank you.
